Booking & Payment Policies
To reserve your date
50% of the venue rental total plus the $300 refundable security deposit is due at signing.
Final balance
The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 72 hours before your event.
Late payment
If payment is not received 72 hours prior, the event may be canceled and all upfront payments forfeited.
Cancellation
Cancel up to 14 days before your event for a refund. Less than 14 days out, all upfront payments — including the holding fee and security deposit — are forfeited.
